The team made the journey to Marlborough in expectation of a challenging game against a team who always provide a stern test. In a seesawing match we lost at 5th and 4th strings and then won at 3rd and 2nd strings leaving the 1st string players to battle it out for the overall victory. Unfortunately Marlborough were too strong at 1st string and took the match 3-2 but everyone enjoyed the post match meal at the Wellington Arms.
